We’re recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper and Office Coordinator to manage a variety of bookkeeping and administrative office duties. We are a Canadian-based software company servicing real estate legal professionals. In this role, you will oversee various duties in the London office Head Quarters, detailed below. Note, this position is in office (London). It is a full time, permanent position.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper & Office Coordinator. This role will involve handling bookkeeping tasks efficiently while also taking on additional responsibilities related to office coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
- Coordinate with external accountants or auditors during tax periods and audits.
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Monitor office supply levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Oversee general office administration tasks.
- Coordinate trade show activities and shipping duties.
- Assist with organizing company events and team-building activities.
- Manage office facilities and ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in office coordination or administration is an asset.
- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
