At College Mont-Royal we are searching for a polite, professional Call Center Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer all incoming calls from customers, employees and vendors and taking the appropriate actions for each call; obtaining client information and verifying information
- Possess a high knowledge of all employees and departments in the company
- Triage incoming calls, maintain switchboard, knows how to prioritize calls coming in and out
- Inform management of any call patterns with issues/complaints
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Skillful in navigating through current and new methods of technology to collaborate with colleagues and deliver training
- Adept at speaking effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of people
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
