Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the Front Desk area - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate patient records - Assist with insurance verification and billing processes - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area - Provide administrative support to the dental/medical office staff Skills: - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Attention to detail for proofreading documents and patient information - Proficiency in using Google Suite for email, calendar, and document management - Experience with data entry and clerical tasks - Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting functions is a plus - Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and vendors - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
