SalaryWest Ottawa Specialty Care provides quality medical care in Ottawa’s west end. Patient care is our priority and we are looking to add full-time office administrator to our dynamic team. Office hours are 8 am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday with a start date of March 25th.
Responsibilities and Duties Include
- Scheduling appointments
- Computer data entry
- Main reception with greeting patients
- Answering telephone calls and returning messages
- Administrative work assigned by the manager
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong communication via phone
- Ability to work independently
- Detailed oriented approach to tasks
- Enjoy working in a very fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient approach to patient care
- Experience in a medical or other office is a strong asset
- Experience with Accuro EMR is an asset
Training is provided.
