Health & Safety & Environmental Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees, including new hire orientation and ongoing training sessions
- Maintain safety records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response plans
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in workplace safety

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Ability to fabricate effective safety training materials
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
