Junior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Review, match, code and record invoices
• Resolve any vendor related inquiries
• Perform various Accounts Receivable duties
• Record journal entries and assist with month end and year end
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Other accounting related matters and special projects as required

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in accounting is an asset
• Experience with Excel and Word
• Experience with Accpac (Sage 300) is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Detail oriented with strong personal work ethic
• A team player
• Language skills: Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $3,100.00-$3,800.00 per month
