Junior Accountant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a result-oriented and self-motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and administration department and ensuring accurate financial records. Duties:
- Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain account reconciliations on a regular basis
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account analysis
- Utilize accounting software (such as Sage) to record financial transactions

-Utlize the full MS Office suites
- Collaborate with other members within the organization to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Support the CFO in various accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using Sage 50 and full MS Office suites.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
