Job Acitivities

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Perform account reconciliations and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Support the team in financial audits and internal control assessments
- Utilize QuickBooks to record and maintain financial transactions

Requirements

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Junior Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Familiarity with account analysis and reconciliation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with financial auditing processes is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
