```Duties:```
- Lead a team in planning and preparing meals
- Oversee and coordinate the work of kitchen staff
- Ensure that food is prepared and presented according to established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
```Experience:```
- Previous experience working as a sous chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
