Medical Office Administrative Assistant

Busy Medical Office. Medical admin diploma and experience required.

Position Duties

• Patient facing: greeting, checking in patients, health care verification
• Schedule appointments using Accuro EMR
• Promptly respond to all patient inquiries including phone calls and voice messages
• Administrative tasks like faxing and scanning
• Measure blood pressure and weight (experience not required)
• Maintain exam rooms and sterilization / cleaning of instruments

Skills and Experience

• Medical admin office diploma required
• EMR experience (preference for Accuro)
• Previous experience in busy Medical Office
• Fluent in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
