Position Overview
In this position you will play a critical role that ensures seamless operations at the project site. The role will revolve around facilitating the efficient functioning of the site, overseeing administrative tasks, and providing essential support to the project team. You’ll be responsible for managing various logistical, administrative, and organizational duties crucial to the success of the project.
Qualifications & Education
- High School diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of project experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
- Willing and able to work long hours on a 14/7 rotation in a remote location.
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive and manage their workload in a fast-paced environment, adapt to ever-changing priorities and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Be highly organized, able to manage and be accountable for a large and varying workload with little to no supervision.
- Have incredible attention to detail, willing to implement their own checks and balances on all tasks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Able to think critically, problem solve using creativity and experience to bring solutions to the table.
- Reliable, responsible, and possess a high level of integrity.
- Must possess excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel.)
- Ability to quickly learn how to operate new software and programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain daily sign ins and timesheets.
- Timesheet data entry, using contractor specific software.
- Support on payroll functions, reviewing and approving timecards according to strict deadlines.
- Review and reconciliation of subcontractor invoices.
- Act as a liaison between employees and head office/payroll.
- Support on daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Ensure billable material and equipment are capture on reporting and daily LEMs.
- Booking travel for all manpower to and from site using site specific software, perform weekly audits to ensure accuracy.
- Onboarding new hires following extensive contractor and client specific requirements and adhering to tight deadlines.
- Updating and maintaining the employee schedule.
- Maintaining equipment and vehicle passes, registering vehicles for site, renewing as required, maintaining updated records.
- Registering employees for on-site training.
- Support on maintaining employee certification/ticket log.
- Support Project Management and Superintendents as required.

Salary: From $40.00 per hour
