Receptionist And Office Assistant

You will be responsible for greeting patients and their families. As the face of the practice, you should project kindness, efficiency while embodying out motto “where all children are beautiful”

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to confirming demographics and performing clerical duties.

§ Good verbal & written communication skills are needed

§ Attention to detail, able to work independently & self – direct are important

§ Sound keyboarding skills & familiarity with the internet are a must

Must be able to respond to constructive criticism

Job is idea for a student take a gap year

Fluency in Arabic is an asset

Dropping resume off at the office is encouraged

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
