Special Responsibilities
- help management program in-house meetings (quarterly)
- nurture clinic culture by enlisting staff to programmed activities and events
- ability to lead when needed (administrative team of 5)
- facilitate patient to therapist concerns
- ability to manage deadlines
- highly detailed and organized
- collect and manage account receivables
- assist administrators / therapists with other tasks as needed
- flexible schedule (ability to cover additional shifts if needed)
General Responsibilities
- make appointments
- manage health insurance billing
- promote new products/therapies/therapists
- issue invoices
- enter data onto database / manage data on excel sheets (if needed)
- keep inventory of medical supplies
- respond to work emails and other correspondence
- answer phone calls
- manage general housekeeping
- able to fold laundry and keep office tidy
- sanitizing high traffic areas

Schedule Highlights and Requirements
(Days and times are subject to change.)
- Shifts are typically no longer than 6.50 hours some are 4hours- if needed, 8hrs
- must be able to work some evenings, Wednesdays 2pm-8pm, Thursdays 7:30am-2pm (4pm)
- minimum of 3 shifts per week required
*Must live and be able to work in BC Canada.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
