Responsibilities:
-Educating clients on our services and appointments
-Sales of memberships, punch passes and retail items
-Checking clients in and out of appointments
-Direct billing to extended health care
-Supporting the physiotherapy and Pilates practitioners
-General administrative duties (answering phones, scheduling appointments, cleanliness of the studio etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements:
-Customer service experience
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
-Proficient computer skills
-Experience with the Jane App is preferred but not necessary
-Must be available for day and evening shifts

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
