The Synthetic Turf Co. is currently recruiting for a Office Admin/Receptionist for our Edmonton, AB location. Please note this position is part-time and temporary.

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly office receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a customer service role.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Collect and update clients information in our computerized system
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, or similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for appointment scheduling and client records
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple incoming calls
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work well in a team environment
