Receptionist/Administrator

We are expanding and we are looking for the right candidate to help us grow. We are currently seeking an individual to fill our Dispatcher/Office administrator position in our Grande Prairie office.

Pro-West specializes in the installation, repair and maintenance of residential, commercial and heavy equipment heating and refrigeration systems. We are one of Western Canada's largest suppliers for Espar and Bergstrom products. We currently have branches in Winnipeg MB, Regina SK, Langley BC, Edmonton AB, Calgary AB and our main office in Grande Prairie, AB.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Answering phones and being the first point of contact for customers, clerical support, creation and editing of reports and documents, word processing, filing, mail distribution, dispatching.
• Collection and entry of work orders into AccountEdge system, distributing invoices, dealing with customer questions.
• Parts inquiries and sales
• Assisting with Health & Safety program.
• Working with other branches and the management team to ensure proper operational procedures are met.

The suitable candidate should be able to work in a team orientated environment, should have strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.

Other requirements include:

• A minimum of Grade 12 High School Diploma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge and experience of AccountEdge an asset
• Computer literate with specific knowledge of MS Office, Word & Excel
• Must possess a valid Class 5 Drivers Licence

Salary: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
