We are seeking a skilled and professional full time Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting clients, organizing calendars, and assisting with general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a courteous and timely manner
- Greeting clients and visitors and ensuring they are attended to promptly
- Managing the reception area and boardrooms and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries
- Assisting with filing, scanning, and organizing documents as needed
- Providing administrative support to staff as required
- Ordering office supplies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
