SalaryOur growing practice is looking to add a new team member to help with front desk duties. We are located in the Varsity area of NW Calgary. The ideal candidate for this position must have the following qualities:
Qualifications: -2-3 years of relevant experience in the health care field. - A very friendly and bubbly personality. - Very strong communication skills. - Ability to multi-task. - Very organized and pays attention to detail. - Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance is maintained - Handle printing and photocopying requests - Provide administrative support for various teams when necessary Applicants with previous customer service experience will be very desirable for this position. The use of Jane software and direct billing to insurance companies is an asset.
Responsibilities: Welcome guests in a bubbly and professional manner Answer and handle phone calls and email queries Book Appointment Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance is maintained Handle printing and photocopying requests Provide administrative support for various teams when necessary.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
