Job Description:
The Receptionist/ Administrator is responsible for securing sales appointments through accurate and professional representation of our brand and its products according to BATH FITTER procedures and to the customer's satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- The CSR will follow up with all inbound leads that come from television, direct mail and the internet as well as Home Shows.
- Assist in our marketing efforts and successfully schedule sales appointments.
- Customer service support on the phones as well as the showroom.
- Scheduling in-home estimates and installs in our system
- Document control including correspondence and data entry
- Assisting with Home Shows as required
- General administrative duties
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years related experience as a receptionist or customer service representative.
- Demonstrated performance in a high volume appointment scheduling and/ or inside sales experience.
- Detail oriented with good follow-up through on tasks.
- Ability to effectively communicate accurate, pertinent information with Sales Consultants and respond to correspondence regarding scheduling changes/cancellations with a sense of urgency.
- Professional business demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Very professional appearance.
