K.M.K. Sales Ltd. is looking for a fulltime Service Administrator. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player that is self-directed, diligent and detail oriented. Must have excellent verbal and organizational skills. Duties include: Receive and review warranty claims submitted by service technicians. Verify that the claimed repairs or replacements are covered by the manufacturer. Maintain open communication with manufacturers to address any issues or discrepancies in the warranty claims.Process all retail, warranty, and internal repair orders into the system. Answer and forward telephone calls professionally and in a timely manner.
