As part of the service team, the Service Administrator is responsible for the effective administrative support of the service department and presenting an image of “friendly, knowledgeable professionalism”, the Service Administrator is responsible for greeting customers, guests, and teammates in person and via the telephone. Some primary functions include the creation, tracking, and maintenance of service department paper flow, and liaison with major dealership suppliers.

You'll be a match if you have...
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent is required
- Detail orientated and ability to multi-task
- Office administration certificate/diploma would be an asset
- Experienced in customer service and effective communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office and typing skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract is an asset
