```Duties```
- Provide insightful knowledge about the winery and the wines to Guests
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
- Ensure accurate labeling and pricing of products
- Maintain a clean and organized backroom area
- Assist customers with locating merchandise when needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality or food industry is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
As a Tasting Room Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our Tasting Room. Your responsibilities will include receiving and organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, and assisting customers.
