We are seeking extraordinary, Wine Enthusiasts {Tasting Room Servers} to join our Gray Monk Estate Winery team starting soon!
Perched above Okanagan Lake with stunning panoramic views of mountains, vineyards and the lake, Gray Monk Estate Winery offers guests a true taste, or sip, of the Okanagan lifestyle. With a bustling wine boutique and a world-class restaurant, the winery is equipped to host guests for all occasions. Gray Monk Estate is comprised of 25 acres of lush vineyards overlooking Okanagan Lake, in addition to premium grapes sourced throughout the Okanagan Valley, to produce some of the world's finest wines.
Reporting into the Retail and Experience Manager, your job will be varied, and no two days will be the same! From working at the wine tasting bar, organizing and leading experiences, and pouring extraordinary into everyday life and having fun!

- Greeting guests with a robust and friendly introduction to the Estate
- Being a Wine Educator and brand ambassador conveying a consistent and positive brand story
- Creating memorable guest experiences by providing educational tastings of our premium wines and leading seated tastings and experiences
- Sharing wine and viticulture knowledge in a fun and engaging way
- Drive for higher sales and encouraging guests to become Wine Club members
- Performing all selling and retail functions within the retail boutique
- Demonstrate service excellence to all visitors by managing customer inquiries in a positive, professional and enthusiastic manner
