Rosati Group is a well-established Design-Build Firm and Developer with over 50 years’ experience with a focus in the Southwestern Ontario area. We are currently accepting resumes for the following position

Accounts Payable Clerk

This position suits a high-energy, proactive team player with at least 3 years Accounts Payable experience. The successful candidate must be able to work independently or in a team environment as well as have the following skills.

• An understanding Accounting Principles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and multi-task
• Ability to prioritize
• Ability to Work Under Pressure and Maintain Productivity and Accuracy
• Ability to Maintain Confidentiality and Discretion
• Experience with Jonas Accounting Software would be considered an Asset but is not required.

Duties include but are not limited to

• Processing packing slips and invoices for payment
• Processing Weekly Cheque Run and Manual Cheques on Request
• Posting Monthly Subcontract Payment Certificates
• Posting Submittals
• Weekly and Monthly Reporting as Requested
• Reconcile Accounts as Required
• Preparing Paperwork for holdback releases
• Replying to Vendor Inquiries.
• Miscellaneous Clerical Duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
