Temporary Part-Time (8-month assignment)
Up to 24 hours/week; $27.38/hour
College Drive Campus – North Bay, ON
COMPETITION: 12-24
DEADLINE: Wednesday, March 6, 2024 – 12:00 p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two year diploma in Business Accounting
- Experience with financial software and integrated financial database systems
- Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Experience conveying to staff and clients established policies and procedures
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to reliably commute to the College Drive Campus in North Bay, ON
DUTIES:
Providing administrative support to the college’s Accounts Payable and purchasing department including but not limited to:
- Issuing PO’s when required
- Processing invoices for payment
- Creating new vendors in the finance system
- Obtaining and tracking required health and safety agreements
- Assist inputting monthly/weekly journal entries
- Assist tagging fixed assets
- Filing invoice copies and corresponding backup
