Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk

Resolution Staffing Inc, has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk.

This is a permanent full time opportunity. You will be on our clients payroll day 1. Our client offers a great compensation and benefits package which includes RRSP matching. This position is straight days Monday -Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely and accurate recording
- Generate and send customer invoices
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
- Conduct account reconciliations and perform account analysis
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Experience:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or related financial services role
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately analyze financial data
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $28.00-$31.00 per hour
