What is the opportunity?
Client Services Support plays a crucial role in meeting Wealth Management International's (WMI) core strategic objectives ensuring the end-to-end delivery of unrivalled client experience and best in class delivery of multiple solutions. Client Services Support drives the efficiency and consistency of standards and controls for Client Lifecycle Management including Client Qualification, Changes to Control, Ownership & Benefit and Periodic AML reviews in multiple jurisdictions. You will be a member of the Client Services Support – Periodic AML Review Administration Team. This team is the primary contact for Fiduciary Management Teams (FMT) providing guidance and support in respect of all new and existing client lifecycle management requests. The individual will provide advice in respect of client lifecycle management processes and in respect of the WMI Client Due Diligence Policy requirements to minimise error rejection rates and ensure a seamless client lifecycle management experience for clients.
What will you do?
- Provide advice, training, and ongoing coaching to the Fiduciary Management Team (FMT) in respect of client lifecycle management and the relevant related RBC policies and procedures including AML, KYC and client due diligence, source of wealth, country connectivity & acceptable client profile.
- Drive, deliver and communicate continuous process improvements to ensure alignment with any changes to the operating and/or regulatory environment.
- Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with FMT as well as with the functional groups and solution providers. Identify opportunities to leverage client experience ideas and best practises.
- Provide advice & guidance to the FMT regarding ordering external due diligence reports; review external reports and advise on potential mitigation of any issues with the relevant relationship managers and business heads.
- Perform AML/KYC due diligence checks on new and existing clients and assess client files for politically exposed persons. Provide guidance on high risk client submissions to the relevant governance committees and attend as required.
- Provide FMT support to all relevant projects.
- Develop, manage, and produce management information in relation to client lifecycle management workflows.
- Support the reporting and monitoring of established KPI and KRI’s in the Client Lifecycle Management.
- Provide guidance in respect of exception documentation and approval processes.
- Provide support to all relevant remediation projects, monitoring progress and providing regular reporting.

- Confident collaboration with Senior FMT and Functional stakeholders
- Team player committed to driving service delivery excellence
- Excellent attention to detail & controls
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and execute in timely fashion
- Ability to effectively work alongside other Managers, Client Lifecycle Management to balance the resourcing needs across the client lifecycle
Nice-to-have
- Deep Understanding of Fiduciary Business & related Administration
- Relevant and evidenced experience within the wealth management industry
- Competency in Microsoft Office
