What is the opportunity?
You will be a member of the Client Services Support – Cash Bookkeeping Team. This team provides guidance and support in respect of all new and existing bank accounts, minimizes error rejection rates and ensures a seamless client lifecycle management experience for clients.
Client Services Support plays a crucial role in meeting Wealth Management International (WMI) core strategic objectives ensuring the end-to-end delivery of unrivalled client experience and best in class delivery of multiple solutions. Client Services Support drives the efficiency and consistency of standards and controls including accurately recording all assets and liabilities transactions; duties include bookkeeping, reconciliation, verification, and reporting.
What will you do?
- To ensure that all data from RBC and third-party providers, relevant to assets and liabilities, is collected and book kept.
- Prioritize the ongoing administration, verification and reporting of assets, and ledgers are accurate and up to date.
- Work to ensure all assets and liabilities are reconciled within the appropriate time frame to meet quarter end deadlines for year-end accounts and Client Reporting.
- Build a strong collaborative relationship with the Fiduciary Management Team (FMT) as well as with the functional groups and solution providers. Identify opportunities to leverage client experience ideas and best practises.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-Have
- Experience in book-keeping in fiduciary services or related business.
- The ability to work to strict deadlines and meet targets.
- Client service orientated communication skills, both oral and written.
- Team player committed to driving service delivery excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and execute in timely fashion.
Nice to have
- Collaborative and consultative approach.
- Strong IT skills with experience of spreadsheet packages.
