We are a growing pest control company looking for a full time bookkeeping and office assistant position.
Must have a good knowledge of accounting software, spreadsheets and ability to adapt to new technologies.
Will be responsible for entering daily invoices and payments and other miscellaneous office tasks as required such as filing, creating and sending customer reports, month end statements, and other typical office activities such as maintaining and ordering supplies.
Attention to details and good organizational skills are required.
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are required.
The candidate will be working directly with the current office manager so good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Responsibilities
● Serve as the point person for office duties including invoicing clients, paying bills, receiving and sending mail, maintaining office supplies, basic office maintenance
● Maintain inventory levels in our storage for field staff
● Answering the phone and emails to deal with client inquiries
Skills
● Proven bookkeeping experience
● Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
● Proficiency with varied accounting software and spreadsheets
● Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
● Attention to detail and problem solving skills
● A creative mind with an ability to suggest and implement improvements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
