About the Position
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Construction Administrator is responsible for all administration and office support for the company’s construction projects, including creating, organizing and maintaining a project file for each construction project.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and office management support to the Construction Management Team.
- Submit applications for the Alberta New Home Warranty (ANHW) program for each file.
- Utility registrations and terminations.
- Book/Schedule Quality Control Inspections, Homeowner Orientation, and Key Release dates.
- Organize and distribute possession documents.
- File and process the Construction Team’s documents and paperwork.
- Assist the Seasonal department as required.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Three (3) years or more of professional administrative experience preferred.
- Experience within the residential construction industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, required.
- Ability to read and understand construction documents (specifications and blueprints) is preferred.
- Experience with BuilderLynx is desired but not required.
- Criminal Records Check to the company’s satisfaction is required.
- Manual dexterity is required to work with computers and peripherals.
- This role was developed to offer supplemental support during a leave, however will evolve into a long term vision post-leave.
