Cleaning and maintenance:
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in designated areas, including but not limited to common areas, restrooms, event spaces, hallways, and dressing rooms.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and other general cleaning duties.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Provide information about the facility, programs, and services.
- Assist with event registration and check-ins.
- Ensure the facility is secure during Evening/Night hours.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computers
