```Duties```
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk.
- Schedule appointments and assist with managing patient flow.
- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist healthcare providers with various administrative tasks.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare facilities.
- Manage billing and insurance claims.
```Qualifications``` -
Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems such as Accuro.
- Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare providers.
- Experience working in a Medical Office.
- Strong administrative skills to handle office tasks efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $16.55-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
