Celtic Collaborative Family Practice is a full-service, family medicine practice located in Membertou. We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and professional front desk receptionist to serve as our first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and perform administrative duties in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who will be able to handle patient records with care and attention to detail.
Duties include:
- Greet patients upon arrival and check in.
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Perform patient intake including obtaining demographic information, insurance verifications.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Update charts.
- Patient registration.
- Filing incoming reports and documents.
Skills:
·Proficient or experience with Accuro is an asset.
