```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up on patient care
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a Medical Office setting preferred.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Accuro
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and Medical Office procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with office equipment, including phone systems and basic computer skills
