Position Summary
The Parking Admin Assistant is a member of the Parking Office team. This position provides administrative support and assists with the financial portfolio within the Parking department.
The position available is a casual-part-time position that will require the successful candidate to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends throughout the week.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone inquiries
- Reconciling daily cash reports and deposits
- Supporting cashiers and attendants on duty
- Handling walk in customers
- Issuing and selling parking passes to internal and external clients
- Data entry of time
- Prioritizing and following-up on communications
Providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be proactive, optimistic and have worked in a dynamic environment where they have experience delivering on multiple priorities and will hold the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Accurate typing, strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Ability to work towards a common goal and vision.
