About the role

We’re looking for Project Administrator PCO Seniorto join our growing team!

The Project Administrator PCO Senioris responsible for assisting multiple project or program managers in their communication, planning and follow-up, ensuring that project management standards and procedures are adhered to. This position also collaborates with managers on creation and update of budgets and forecasting of financials and resources and provides Director support by preparing reports for various management meetings; producing indicators and proactively monitor budget, schedules, and project resources (earned value, burn rate, actuals).

With a dedication to innovation, you will:

  • Collaborate with Software Development Managers, Directors and Project Managers on resource capacity planning and report issues and trends

  • Coordinate activities related to the implementation and control of projects (project status, time sheets, plans follow-up). 

  • Assist project and program managers with financial analysis and forecasts 

  • Assist Directors managers with department financial analysis and forecasts 

  • Build solutions to drive forward change to improve reporting efficiency through simplification and automation of both processes and toolset

  • Produce integrated plan at program level from Team Lead/Project Manager input

  • Support the project or program manager to determine and build an effective project organization structure. 

  • Create project milestone tasks, work breakdown structure and assign resources in Clarity (project and portfolio management tool) and Open Workbench using PMO methodology 

  • Manage all project invoicing (inputting of vouchers into Clarity for vendor billing by following standard process for voucher submission) 

  • Update Clarity project details including coordination of various activities related to the implementation and control of projects (project status, timesheets, plans, follow-ups) 

  • Prepare presentation materials for key project meetings (directorate; steering committee)  

  • Complete project initiation and closure activities including base lining, cost benefit analysis and DPL alignment 

  • SharePoint Administration (Creation and maintenance of project and department website/pages

Your Skills:

  • Solid understanding of project and portfolio management, within an agile framework is required

  • Minimum 5 years of project, budget and forecasting related experience is required  

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is required  

  • Knowledge of Clarity PPM, SharePoint, Open Workbench 

  • Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Effective time management and prioritization skills 

  • Extensive analytical, problem solving, organizational and evaluation skills

You also possess:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

  • Preference for candidate with experience in Insurance Industry or other financial institution
