You as a Site Admin will:

• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Organize inventory of safety supplies, signage, office equipment
• Log safety and orientation records
• Distribute reports from vendors, suppliers, inspectors, consultants
• Record meeting minutes and ensure accuracy and timely submissions
• Create documentation such as client reports, presentations and proposals, attend meetings.
• Receive and validate invoices, assist with accounts payable viewing/coding and approvals.
• Manage administrative functions, including creating workflows, analyzing risks, and maintaining project documentations
