Project Administrator- Top Secret Clearance

Project Administrator
Adecco is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator for a 1-year Onsite contract with a possibility of extension. This role is with our Crown Corporation client in downtown Ottawa, ON. The Candidate must have a valid TOP SECRET CLEARANCE.
The Project Administrator will have the following responsibilities:

• Assisting in the planning and coordination of events (eg: public hearings);

• Providing on-site event management and logistics support;

• Monitoring the progress of plans and projects;

• Assisting the project leader in finding solutions to critical issues;

• Setting-up and maintaining project management tools;

• Assisting in the development and tracking of service contracts and Memoranda of Understanding;

• Performing data entry and analysis (eg: tracking of invoices);

• Coordinating catering arrangements and hospitality paperwork;

• Tracking documents and maintaining filing system;

• Assembling briefing books;

The Project Administrator must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Must have atleast high school diploma or bachelors degree;

• 24 months relevant experience relevant to the duties outlined below;

• Experience working with MS Word and Outlook; 

• Intermediate skills in MS Excel (eg: use of tables & formulas);

• Bilingualism would be an asset;
