Project Administrator
Adecco is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator for a 1-year Onsite contract with a possibility of extension. This role is with our Crown Corporation client in downtown Ottawa, ON. The Candidate must have a valid TOP SECRET CLEARANCE.
The Project Administrator will have the following responsibilities:
Assisting in the planning and coordination of events (eg: public hearings);
Providing on-site event management and logistics support;
Monitoring the progress of plans and projects;
Assisting the project leader in finding solutions to critical issues;
Setting-up and maintaining project management tools;
Assisting in the development and tracking of service contracts and Memoranda of Understanding;
Performing data entry and analysis (eg: tracking of invoices);
Coordinating catering arrangements and hospitality paperwork;
Tracking documents and maintaining filing system;
Assembling briefing books;
The Project Administrator must meet the following mandatory requirements:
Must have atleast high school diploma or bachelors degree;
24 months relevant experience relevant to the duties outlined below;
Experience working with MS Word and Outlook;
Intermediate skills in MS Excel (eg: use of tables & formulas);
Bilingualism would be an asset;
