Remarketing Project Administrator - Hyundai Capital Canada

Adecco is currently hiring for a Remarketing ProjectAdministrator to work full-time for our client, located in Toronto, ON.   Our client provides indirect vehicle financing and leasing solutions to consumers and commercial customers.

•  Contract: 6 month contract with chance for extension/conversion

• Salary Range: 50-60 k annual

Position Overview:
The Associate, Remarketing Project and Admin Support (contract) will offer administrative support to all areas across remarketing: Upstream and Downstream (Auctions) along with taking on project related support activities. In this role, the associate will work with lease returns, grounding, and auction sales: prepping vehicle for sale, monitoring queues, providing response and resolution to issues and questions, reporting, along with coordinating internally within remarketing. The associate will be a motivated self-starter with experience in Microsoft suite of products, project coordination, and customer/stakeholder communication.  Automotive industry/vehicle remarketing knowledge is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:

• Day to Day Operations Support: Grounding, inspection, and transportation support, auction vehicle prep, pre & post-sale activities, resolving incoming requests and queries, administrative support

• Project Support: Support project delivery and launch efforts. Projects will be focused on improving dealer experience through digital offerings, remarketing. process improvements.

• Reporting: Manage reports to share with vendors and suppliers

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience preferably in the automotive industry, banking, or financial services

• Vehicle remarketing knowledge and experience is preferred. Strong understand of the Leasing industry.

• Skilled with communication of complex subject matter - can simplify concepts and clearly explain to others.  Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. 

• Can work independently and foster teamwork.

• Strong MS suite experience

• Demonstrated strength in organizational, planning, and analytical abilities.

• 2 years’ experience with project coordination or management
