Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments multiple staff members
- Efficiently perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with organizing lunch and learns
- Handle confidential medical records
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Experience with Mac/Apple computers is beneficial
- Experience working in a medical or paramedical clinic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
