Scotty Manufacturing is seeking a reliable Receptionist/ Office Administrator for a full-time, Monday to Friday day shift position in our Finance & Administration Department. This position requires an excellent and convivial manner with internal and external clients alike.
Job Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees
- Respond to customer complaints and maintenance requests by passing them on to appropriate parties
- Create and distribute company memos or communications through emails, letters or telephone calls
- Typing as required
- Process incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain phone lists and staff lists
- Maintain front area, including printing and photocopy area, for cleanliness and tidiness
- Coordinate the booking of the meeting room
- Organize and file company documents electronically or by paper as requested.
- Provide support as needed by teams when requested, as is necessary
- Inventory office supply cabinet and notify purchasing
- Enter timecards
- Enter warranty information for product
- Process credit applications

Required Education
- High School Diploma/GED or Higher
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour
