Requires the ability and willingness to travel within the Durham region; Willingness to work at multiple locations. High degree of capability on the phone and with different computer software. Great organization skills. Highly adaptable and ability to work well within a team environment as well as individually. Takes great initiative and is always willing to learn new things.
- Meeting and greeting all patients.
- Booking and confirming appointments.
- Receiving payments, generating invoices and receipts.
- Receiving and preparing shipments.
- Responsible for accuracy of medical forms.
- Responsible for filing as well as ensuring all patient files are up to date.
- Responsible for 3rd party billing including private insurance and government programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
