We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties```
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Utilize accounting software (such as QuickBooks ) to manage financial transactions
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation processes
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with budgeting processes is a plus
