Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Bookkeeping experience (minimum 2 years)

Certification / schooling preferred but not required.

Full Cycle Bookkeeping:

• Enter weekly timesheets
• Calculate and process payroll
• Data entry
• Accounts payable - Process and verify incoming invoices. Paying vendors and filing paperwork
• Accounts receivable - Templating and sending invoices, tracking outstanding invoices
• Bank reconciliation
• Credit card reconciliation
• Prepare and submit GST tax returns
• Financial reporting to management

Admin Assistance:

• Admin e-mail management
• Office supplies upkeep
• Travel booking when required
• Communication with staff, suppliers and customers
• General assistance to management

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
