```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Support accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
- Utilize accounting software (Sage-50) to process financial transactions

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software (Sage-50) for financial transactions
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel )
- Knowledge of payroll administration is a plus
