The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Coordinate Client/Therapist schedules
- Emails answer and direct ingoing and outgoing
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Monitor Social Media, create and record content
- Learn all service details
- Take before and after photos for our treatments and doctors
- Sell and upsell packages & skincare (Commission)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills (Strong English proficiency)
- If you have worked at a medi spa before that is an asset
- A love & Interest for skin care would also be an asset.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
