JOB DESCRIPTION
Speed Mechanics is looking for an organized and customer service-oriented gym and clinic receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and motivated and will be responsible for the reception and daily operational tasks for our high-performance facility as well as some patient care in our health clinic.
This position will be part-time, about 20-30 hours per week. Shifts are represented by a combination of morning (6-10am) and evening shifts (2-9pm) with some Saturday availability required (8 am to 4 pm).
Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients and members at the Front Desk and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Touring new clients around the facility and directing them through the facility as required.
- Answering phone calls and emails and forwarding clients and messages to the appropriate person/department.
- Using Gym Master and Janeapp to mange clients, book patients, and bill appropriately.
- POS and cash experience required.
- Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the gym and clinic - shift dependent.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma.
- One or more years in a customer-service-based environment.
- Six months or more experience in a gym, recreation center, or health clinic environment considered an asset.
- Experience using Gym Master or other Gym Management/scheduling software is considered an asset.
- JaneApp experience is considered an asset.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
