We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Perform data entry tasks to update patient or client information
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Familiarity with dental or medical office operations is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
