Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the Front Desk area
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Assist with patient registration and intake forms
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate filing and organization
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
