We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our busy wellness clinic team as a Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling incoming calls and emails, and managing the overall reception area.
*Please note before applying* We will be relocating to 1842 West 1st Avenue in February 2024.
Job Responsibilities:
- - Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
- - Answer phone calls and emails as they come in
- - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- - Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- - Attend to general inquiries and provide appropriate information to clients
- - Maintain a clean and organized front reception area
Requirements:
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- - Strong organizational and time management skills
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- - Ability to multitask and handle a busy environment
- - Prior experience in customer service or a similar administrative role is preferred
