Full Time Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our busy wellness clinic team as a Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling incoming calls and emails, and managing the overall reception area.

*Please note before applying* We will be relocating to 1842 West 1st Avenue in February 2024.

Job Responsibilities:

• - Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
• - Answer phone calls and emails as they come in
• - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• - Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
• - Attend to general inquiries and provide appropriate information to clients
• - Maintain a clean and organized front reception area

Requirements:

• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• - Strong organizational and time management skills
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• - Ability to multitask and handle a busy environment
• - Prior experience in customer service or a similar administrative role is preferred

There are 1 position available for Monday to Friday 10AM - 6PM.
